Terms and Conditions

BuildPayTools provides construction payment and billing calculators and related tools. The calculators are made available free of charge and without an account. Paid plans provide additional functionality described on the pricing page.

The tools compute results from the figures you supply. We take accuracy seriously and test our formulas, but you remain responsible for the figures you enter, for confirming they reflect your contract, and for anything you submit or rely on. BuildPayTools does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

You keep ownership of the project data, figures and documents you put into BuildPayTools. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process that data in order to provide the service to you.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect a period already paid for.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and circumstances outside our control may interrupt it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildPayTools is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

BuildPayTools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The American Institute of Architects. AIA document and form names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what our tools help you calculate.
