Privacy Policy

When you use a calculator without an account, the figures you type are processed entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted to our servers, not logged and not stored. Closing the tab discards them.

If you create an account and choose to save a calculation, that calculation and its inputs are then stored against your account so you can return to it.

• Account details you provide: name, email address, phone and company name.
• Calculations, projects and customer records you deliberately save.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and rate limiting.
• Aggregate usage analytics, where enabled, to understand which tools are useful.

We do not sell your data. We do not share project figures or customer records with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use your saved calculations for advertising.

We use cookies necessary for signing in and keeping your session secure.

We use Google Analytics to understand which tools people find useful. It loads asynchronously after the page is interactive, so it never blocks or delays the tool you came for, and IP addresses are anonymised. It measures aggregate behaviour — which pages are visited and in what order — and never the contents of your calculations, which are not transmitted to us at all unless you save them.

You can block it with any standard content blocker or browser setting without affecting a single feature of the site.

We use third parties for hosting, object storage, email delivery and payment processing. They process data only as needed to provide those services to us. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.

We keep account data while your account is open and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account, by writing to [email protected].

Data is encrypted in transit. Generated documents are stored privately and served only through short-lived signed links after an authorisation check — they are never publicly readable. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected users promptly if a breach materially affects them.
